On January 11th, 2025, our company, together with 23 Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd, successfully signed a contract for the EPC project of 9,000 sets of welfare housing for the Ministry of Education's "New Teachers' City", which was developed by CPP (COFRE DE PREVIDÊNCIA DOS PROFESSORES) in Angola. This project is an important livelihood project of the Angolan government in terms of teachers' housing following the 5,000-unit teachers' housing EPC project signed between CEC TEDC and the Ministry of Education of Angola, and it is also a large-scale civil servants' housing project in recent years.

On June 12, 2025, our company, together with 23 Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd, and representatives of Angola CPP (COFRE DE PREVIDÊNCIA DOS PROFESSORES) participated in the "4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo" held in Changsha, China. "As a result of the fair, we contributed to the signing of a cooperation MOU between 23Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. and CPP Angola for the development of 21,000 sets of welfare housing in "New Teachers' City" by the Ministry of Education of Angola, which is under the responsibility of CPP Angola.

Introduction to Business Cooperation in the Mining Sector
We have rich mining resources in Africa, covering gold, iron ore, potash, bauxite, copper and so on. We will join hands with more partners to enter the African market and participate in the exploration, EPC mining, investment and M&A of mining projects.
On September 5, 2025, we were authorized by the Presidential Office of Congo (Brazzaville) to participate in local mining projects on behalf of the government of Congo (Brazzaville), and to organize competent partners to go to Congo (Brazzaville) to jointly develop the market of mining projects.
On September 5, 2025, we were authorized by Mr. Dominique, the President of NOD GROUP in Congo (Brazzaville), to be fully responsible for the operation of two parcels of sand gold exploration and prospecting rights held by NOD GROUP in Sangha Province, including searching for sand gold mining partners, determining the mode of cooperation, defining the distribution of benefits among the parties and participating in the organization of the company's operations.
The sand gold mines in Congo (Brazzaville) are mainly located in the SANGHA province, which is characterized by lush forest vegetation, numerous rivers and a wide distribution of sand gold mines.
NOD GROUP entrusted us to organize and operate 2 parcels of mines, including:
The SEKA parcel in SANGHA province covers an area of 100 square kilometers, and the mine is strategically located 63 kilometers from Ouesso in a straight line with easy access to transportation.
The LOPO/SEMBE/SOUANKE parcel in the SANGHA province, which covers an area of 200 square kilometers, is adjacent to the GOLA mine under development and is close to Gabon, with a straight-line distance of 260 kilometers from Ouesso, which is quite high grade in terms of placer gold.
In July 2025, we organized a visit to the SEKA land for Chinese investors, and the result of the visit was good. Both sides have reached a consensus on investment and cooperation for the development of sand gold in SEKA land, and are currently working on the design and preparation of mining equipment.
Regarding the LOPO/SEMBE/SOUANKE land parcels in SANGHA province, we are actively discussing with our domestic partners and endeavoring to promote the relevant work with a view to reaching an early consensus on investment and cooperation.

The Chinese version of the military ration is produced in accordance with the Chinese Armed Forces' standards for single-service food, and is a convenience food with a variety of self-heating fried rice and compressed dry rations as the main food, and condiments, sauces, and instant beverages as supplementary food.
The working principle of self-heating rice is: it is usually installed in a specially designed pouch, the pouch is equipped with all the components needed to heat the rice, without the use of external heat sources such as fire, add the right amount of water, wait for about 10 - 15 minutes, fried rice can be heated to the edible temperature.
The shelf life of the product is 3 years, up to 5 years. It is produced with automated equipment and aseptic workshop to ensure food safety.
